CONICAL CONNECTION
Mitimplant Systems incorporate the most superior features in Implantology;
- 11° Conical Connection
- Internal Hexagonal
- Self Grooving – Self Cutting Thread
- Rounded Root Tip – Rounded Apex
Mitimplant is one of the strong players in the conical connection implant family and offers versatile solutions for all clinical indications. This clear, accurate and proven implant system is designed with a conical connection and guarantees maximum biological benefits and clinical and aesthetic results.
BENEFITS
1. Bone Preservation
Mitimplant has platform-switching feature. It has been observed that implants with platform-switching feature have less bone loss than implants without platform-switching feature. At the same time, the soft tissue is preserved and grows with this feature. The micro rings in the implant neck are designed to reduce pressure on the cortical bone to improve BIC (Bone-Implant Contact) in the crest area and minimize resorption in the implant neck.
2. Excellent Sealing
The mitimplant system features an 11-degree conical connection between the abutment and the implant, providing a firm, deep fit. By minimizing micro-movements, the mitimplant reduces bone loss at the crest level. This system features a hexagonal hex, which facilitates the orientation of the implant during placement as well as the proper placement of the abutment.
3. High Initial Stability
The Mitimplant groove design increases BIC (Bone to Implant Contact) across the entire body of the implant and ensures a safe and controlled insertion rate. With its tapered and root-shaped geometry, Mitimplant is designed to provide high primary stability and offers the best solution for a wide range of clinical indications and loading protocols.
4. Aesthetics
With the Mitimplant conical attachment denture options, you can achieve precise results, an excellent gingival emergence profile for excellent soft tissue results and a high aesthetics results.
RAW MATERIAL: ASTM F67-13 GRADE 4
- ASTM F67-13 Grade 4 is a titanium alloy used in biomedical applications. This standard specifies the properties of pure titanium and titanium alloys.
- Grade 4 is characterized by a high content of pure titanium and has good mechanical properties.
- It is often used in areas such as implantable devices, orthopedic implants, and dental applications.
- Grade 4 is known for its corrosion resistance and biocompatibility.
HYDROPHILIC SST – SLA SURFACE
- It is a surface developed to accelerate the biological effect of cell adhesion, to strengthen the osseointegration process and to achieve a more successful clinical outcome.
- The surface is first subjected to mechanical treatment (sandblasting with Aluminum Oxide), then the roughening process created on the surface is followed by chemical etching and cleaning process (Large Acid Etched) and finally the surface becomes an active hydrophilic surface with cold Argon Plasma.
- After this process, the adhesion of chemical osteoblastic cells is enhanced and a highly clean surface characterized by homogeneous microporosity of a few microns is created to support the osteogenesis process.
